The Mission of the Jackson County Developmental Center, Inc. (JCDC) is to provide quality work adjustment, job skills training and appropriate employment for persons with disabilities.

Since 1979, JCDC has offered employment and training programs to individuals with disabilities. The work environment, operating principles and ethics are uniform with typical business and industry standards. Work activities, habits and skills acquired at JCDC are transferable to other employers.

Our goal is to enable people who have special challenges to become productive citizens, enhance their employability and to improve their quality of life.
